The role of HR executives has dramatically evolved in the last few years. HR has transformed from a function to a fundamental business unit accountable for achieving business objectives. HR leaders are expected to create significant value to the business and to play a key role in the strategic decision-making process. The new HR role now navigates between being a key influencer in the decision-making process and facilitating execution and value creation processes.
The Business Strategy for HR Leaders program is a custom learning experience for HR managers and directors to transform strategic challenges by connecting the functional role of HR with the direction and strategic priorities of the business.
