The CVC Family Business Internationalization Program: A new vantage point for a new generation

Presentation

Internationalization has become both a growth and survival strategy for Family Businesses. Whether the internationalization path is defined in small steps or quantum leaps, Family Businesses should embrace a strategic position and commit to a growth trajectory integrating new markets, new business opportunities, and the unique dynamics of the organization and ownership structure.

The Family Internationalization Program is a learning experience that provides comprehensive knowledge to Family Business founders and personnel. This knowledge includes insight into important strategic and managerial challenges they will encounter in the process of internationalization and how they can balance the paradox of control and autonomy in the pursuit of geographic expansion.
