The power of small business - Cesar Vallejo College
The power of small business

Presentation

All Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) owners share the same challenge: how to grow my business without jeopardizing my achievements so far? There is no bigger management challenge than to sustain profitability in the absence of growth. Businesses must grow in a systemic, controlled, and profitable way in order to maintain and redesign their competitive edge.

Growth for SMEs is not an option, but an imperative necessity. An SME’s business model and value propositions must operate within a creative and strategic duality: be unique and relevant for today’s customers, as well as equally scalable across markets or adjacent spaces in their value chain.
